For a number of years, Mount Horeb's Witness
Committee have sponsored a booth in the Grottoes Fall Festival and the year 2004
is no exception. The focus of this year's display was:
To share our concern for others as we
attempt to reach the un-churched.
To inform members of the community of
the status of our re-building efforts.
To enlist their financial or other
help
To publicize FUNDFEST being held on
October 23rd at the Weyers Cave Community Center.
Give-a-ways at the display included
candy, bubblegum and bottled water. To judge the size of the crowd one notes
that over fifteen cases of water was given away. Pictures below show some of the
action.
