A three act Christmas play titled "The Very Important Christmas Pageant" was staged on December 10, 2006 by the Sunday School Department under the Direction of Mrs. Donna Patterson and Beth Raynes drew a large crowd of parents, grandparents, friends and members of the congregation. The play featured children and youth as actors and presented the traditional Christmas story in a new way, the wonderful story of Jesus' birth. While most members of the cast had speaking parts, narrators were also used to provide the setting for each act. The Chancel Choir sang Christmas hymns between acts while the stage hands changed the props. Flash pictures were not allowed during the presentation and with low lighting picture quality suffered.
