| Members of Mount Horeb and their families along
with former members and friends attended this historic event on Sunday, July 22,
2007. Worship began at 10:30 after coffee hour. Picture coverage is
incomplete but we share what we can.

The sanctuary was filled to capacity.

Our minister, Dr, Howard Newman issued a warm welcome and
preached a sermon titled "Surely the Presence of the Lord is in This
Place." |

Mr. Gerald Shreckhise acted as worship leader. |

The Praise Team delivered a message in music. |
| |
|
 |
Miss Gladys Wonderly listed the ministers who have served at
Mount Horeb during the past fifty years and introduced those ministers and
their family members who were present. Attending were Rev. Clement Sydnor,
Dr. William Morris, Rev. Philip Dunford and Rev. Donald Wilkinson. |

Under the direction of Mrs. Pam Ayres, the children displayed
their talents in song. |

Our gifts were received - - |

- - and the benediction given. At 12:00 o'clock Dr. Newman
then gave directions for the meal to follow and returned thanks. |

in Song" was held at 2:00 pm, with a hymn sing and featured special numbers

Miss Bly Patterson who played a violin solo, "Gavotte"
by Bach. |

 |
Mr. & Mrs. Gary Short received a standing ovation
after playing "Amazing Grace" on the handbells. |
|
|
 |
The Chancel Choir performed under the direction of Mrs. Selah
Sprinkel with Mr. Andrew Wonderley as soloist. |
|
|
| Mrs. Mary Frances Binda and Mrs.
Elaine Quick presented a piano and organ duet, playing "The Holy
City." |
